PRESSURISATION UNIT PARAMETER TRANSFER INTERFACE
Designed to enable the user to monitor the operating parameters of the air production sets, the IGP 94 parameter transfer interface for pressurisation sets is compatible with the majority of existing systems (ADECEF technology, CGEE, Soprano, Air Liquide, Gematel, Lancier, General Electric).
A kit which is specific to the set type enables all of the necessary electrical and pneumatic connections.
In its basic version, the IGP unit prepares and transfers all of the following parameters (in the same way as for a pressure sensor) in frequency form:
» Buffer tank pressure (integrated sensor)
» Outlet pressure (integrated sensor)
» Emergency tank pressure (integrated sensor)
» Dewpoint (if the existing sensor provides this information, otherwise properly operating NO or NF contact with configuration jumper accessible from outside the housing)
» Global output (optional 0/5000 or 0/1000 L/H range sensor)
» Compressor cycle time (buffer tank fill time)
» Compressor operating time
» 220V supply
» 48V supply
The data coding format allows the forwarding of the parameters by means of REI or CMS software. Only CMS enables alarm thresholds to be set (minimum and maximum threshold alarms).
Querying can be performed using standard software but interpretation requires the use of nomograms. Only the TELG@T software enables the immediate display of the different data.
